Become a food exhibitor ARTIGIANATO E PALAZZO.

Participate as a food exhibitor in the XXXI edition of ARTIGIANATO E PALAZZO artisan workshops and their commissions to be held from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, 2025 (with continuous hours from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.)!

This year we have decided to allocate an exclusive intra exhibition area to the “Greedy Artisans” in the Stables of Palazzo Corsini. As with all past editions, the streetfoods will instead be placed in theOrto delle Monache for food and beverage serving.

Admission requirements

Due to the great success of the Exhibition and because of the large number of applications we receive each year, we reserve the right to evaluate the applications received by the deadline of May 9 and notify the selected artisans of their acceptance, if any, by May 24, 2025.

We will select those artisans who will demonstrate particular attention to the craftsmanship of the artisanal processes and their sustainability.
Only exhibitors in compliance with current regulations regarding the display, sale, tasting and serving of food and beverages will be accepted.

Description of exhibition spaces


– covered space
– BOX 6 / 12 sq. m. (m 3.50 x 1.80 / m 3.50 x 4)
– possibility of a countertop m 1 x 0.70 (small box) and m 2 x 0.90 (large box)
– possibility of small shared storage in area adjacent to booth
– general ambient lighting
– electrical outlet (max 2,000 watts) on show days

– CEI electrical outlet and the use of electricity (max 3,500 watts) on set-up and Exhibition days
N.B. Please kindly obtain any adapters and/or extension cords
– provision of tents to give the public shelter from the sun, chairs and tables

IN THE SPACE RENTAL FEE ARE ALWAYS INCLUDED:
    • security service during day and at night for the display spaces during the period in which the stands are set up and during the exhibition
    • 1 page in the ARTIGIANATO E PALAZZO catalog and 5 copies of the catalog
    • 10 free tickets
    • 1 printed folder with the name of the company and the type of process to personalize the stand
    • publication of the exhibitor’s catalog page on the website www.artigianatoepalazzo.it
    • promoting the exhibition and the exhibitors on social networks

IN THE SPACE RENTAL FEE ARE NOT INCLUDED:
    • lighting elements other than those described

N.B. Payment terms will be as follows: payment of a lump sum deposit of Euro 500.00 peremptorily by June 30 with the balance by August 24, 2025, under penalty of exclusion from participation in the Exhibition.
